Africa’s first Shōchū


Shōchū is a rice spirit distilled from rice wine, similar to distilling brandy from grape wine. We adapted traditional Japanese methods and combined them with South African creativity, resourcefulness and skill to produce Africa’s first locally made Shōchū. This unique blend of cultures and tastes ensure an experience unlike anything you ever had.
